Roof safety high up on priority list

Has this winter been a particularly rough one on your roof? You may be looking up at your roof this weekend, and finding that you’ve got some damaged or missing shingles, massive black algae streaks, or tons of missing granules. Chatham-Kent has a large percentage of 100 year-old plus homes

According to Census Canada figures, 5.3 percent of homes and dwellings in Canada were built prior to 1916. In Chatham-Kent, 13.4 percent of homes are older than 100 years-old.
